Work package aim

To develop a comprehensive dissemination and exploitation plan, create dissemination materials and resources, implement dissemination activities, engage stakeholders and partners in dissemination efforts: and monitor and evaluate dissemination effectiveness.

Quality and success indicators

  1. Qualitative Indicators
  • Participants' feedback survey: To gather feedback from project researchers.
  • Feedback: To gather feedback from stakeholders, including educators, trainers, and end users, on the quality, relevance, and usefulness of the disseminated resources.
  • Usage and Adoption Rates: To monitor the number of users accessing and utilizing the training module, indicating their adoption and impact.
  1. Quantitative Indicators:
  • Download and Access Metrics: To measure the number of downloads or accesses to the training module and game, providing a quantitative assessment of dissemination reach.
  • User Engagement Metrics: To track user interactions within social media, such as interactions, followers, and numbers
  • Number of total website visits (≥ 10000 total)
  • Number of total social media connections (like, follow, fan/friends ≥ 5000 total)
  • Number of users who completed MOOC activities (≥ 250 total)
  • Number of instructive video views (250 per video)
  • Number of handbooks (pre-hospital-hospital) downloads (≥ 250 total)

-Project logo, branding & digitalization marketing strategy & plan will be carried out by Antalya Training and Research Hospital.

-Project website set-up and update will be done by Antalya Training and Research Hospital.

Project newsletter and leaflets

-Project newsletter and leaflets: It will be carried out under the leadership of AODER. Since the project newsletter and leaflets are online, no budget will be allocated.

National seminars-Multiplier Events M1

-National seminars-Multiplier Event will be held in Türkiye.

2 Presentations for international/national congress

-2 presentations for international/national conferences will be held by the coordinator.

-One academic paper in a peer-reviewed academic journal: will be carried out by the Niguarda Hsopital.

Translation of the products

-Translation of the products: Project-related materials will be translated into the languages of all partners.
