This plan outlines the project's general timeline and approach. It's important to know how the project is going to be done and what each step involves. Based on this plan, we'll create a project calendar so that everyone knows what they need to do and how it fits into the bigger picture. The plan covers the four main stages of the project: the beginning, preparation, implementation, and final stages.
A) Beginning Stage: The plan for this stage is to get everyone together for a kick-off meeting to make sure the project gets off the ground. This meeting will be held in person by Antalya Training and Research Hospital.
B) The goal of this meeting is to figure out the next steps for the project and to give the public the inside scoop during a press briefing that will be held during the meeting. All partners are expected to attend so that they can contribute to the project by sharing their thoughts and ideas for a successful implementation.
Also, at the kick-off meeting, we'll be getting the Project Management Committee (PMC) together. This team is there to help out if there's a problem and will be made up of members from each partner. It's important to remember that it's the responsibility of Antalya Training and Research Hospital to make sure this team stays together and continues to function.
After the kick off meeting, it is required to agree on a road map for the project.
C) Preparation:As we mentioned before, there are five work packages in the project. In each package, we've listed all the tasks that need to be done and who's responsible for each one.[1]
The next step is to get the project up and running by completing the activities outlined in the plan. First of all, we need to set up a website about the project. This will be a key way to promote it as planned in the work packages. The website will have all the info about the project and also the e-learning programme, which is one of the final results of the project.
C) Implementation process: We'll be sharing the common rules, work packages and responsibilities with you in this guide. We'll go over each project activity with you so you can understand what's expected of you in the TPMs. We'll be organising the project activities with the partners using a project road map. This road map will include the dates and who's responsible for each task. Once the discussions are over, all partners will get ready and plan according to the project road map. The PMCs will get together online every two months or so. At these meetings, the committee will discuss the progress of the work packages, the status of ongoing activities, the status of national dissemination activities, and other project-related issues. They will also agree on how all project processes, activities, and current and potential problems should work. If the PMC spots any issues, it'll flag them up to the project partners so they can take the necessary steps to resolve them.
D) Finalization process: It's important to plan the work according to the project work packages, complete the packages, and get the interim and final reports done on time.
