The project aims to improve the management skills and practices of health professionals who are working in polytrauma case management and enhance health professionals via innovative methods and the reinforcement of capacity, crosssectorial cooperation, and dialogue between relevant organizations in promoting polytrauma case management. The Project also aims to improve the polytrauma case management system that includes pre-hospital and hospital case via a multidisciplinary approach. In order to achieve this aim, the following objectives (OB) have been set within the project:
- OB 1: To improve the inclusive Polytrauma Case Management System
- OB 2: To create the training modules to equip health professionals
- OB 3: To develop the learning materials and evaluation tools for Polytrauma Case Managemen
- OB 4: To foster Collaboration, Peer Learning, and Exchange of Good practices in Polytrauma Case Management
- OB 5: Strengthen Capacity and Cross-Sectorial Cooperation for Polytrauma Field
